Sports Massage – Duration & Prices
The duration of a sports massage depends on the treatment goal and the area of the body being treated. Typically:
Short sports massage (30 min):
Often used before training or competition to specifically activate certain muscle groups.Regeneration massage (from 60 minutes):
Performed after exercise to loosen the entire musculature, relieve tension and promote regeneration.
Depending on the individual situation and training load, the duration of treatment can be adjusted.

Plus a one-time travel fee of 15 € within Berlin
