A wellness massage is particularly relaxing because it calms the nervous system through gentle, rhythmic touch, thus promoting relaxation. Process of a mobile wellness massage:

Arrival and Preliminary Consultation
Upon arrival, I first set up the massage table. I then have a brief conversation with the client to discuss individual preferences, any existing discomfort or tension. I also ask about allergies or health restrictions. This allows the massage to be tailored precisely to the client’s needs.


Preparation
Clients prepare their own towels, bath towels, or cozy blankets for the massage. This ensures maximum hygiene.
If desired, clients can play their own relaxing music. Alternatively, I bring a small speaker and create a pleasant atmosphere with calming music.
The client lies down on the comfortable, high-quality massage table and is covered before the massage begins.


Massage Techniques
The wellness massage begins with a gentle introduction – a calming touch that slowly guides you into relaxation. The area to be massaged is then carefully uncovered, and high-quality organic massage oil is applied. This oil not only allows for smooth, flowing massage strokes but also nourishes your skin.
To start, the muscles are warmed up with soft, flowing strokes. These movements promote circulation, soothe the nervous system, and help the body fully relax. Depending on your preferences, harmonious techniques such as gentle kneading, rubbing, or circular strokes are used – not deep or painful, but focused on balance and release.
If certain areas like the neck or shoulders require special attention, I dedicate more time to those zones – always aiming to create a deep sense of lightness.
The pressure of the massage is individually adjusted to your comfort – from feather-light to pleasantly firm. Your well-being is at the heart of the experience.


Conclusion
Toward the end of the massage, the intensity is gradually reduced to allow the body to settle. The client is fully covered again, and the session ends with soothing finishing strokes. Afterwards, the client may remain lying down for a few minutes to let the deep relaxation take full effect.

The wellness massage I offer lasts between 60 and 120 minutes, depending on your wishes.
You decide how much time you want to take for your relaxation:

 

  • 60 min – ideal for a short break or targeted areas

  • 90 min – typical full body massage for deep relaxation

  • 120 min – intensive wellness experience with plenty of room for individual focus and maximum relaxation

 

I adapt entirely to your needs – for a massage experience that suits you perfectly.
